Manufacturing Time for Custom Products

  • Custom-made products typically take 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture.
  • We strive to dispatch orders before the estimated time whenever possible.
  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days.
  • You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Buying multiple items saves you money—your second garment will always have a reduced shipping cost.
  • To calculate the exact shipping cost:
    • Add your chosen items to the cart.
    • Use the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page by selecting your country.
    • Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your location.
  • As you add more products, the shipping cost per item decreases.

PO and APO Addresses

  • No PO Boxes: Please avoid using PO Box addresses, as this often causes delivery issues.
  • No APO Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO addresses at this time.

Delivery Procedure (LDFD)

  • The courier will deliver your package to the address provided.
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may use the Left at Front Door (LDFD) option, commonly used in the USA.


Refund Policy

At Leather Currier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund requests.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Approval:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-sized and custom-made products or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
