Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package.
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, production begins, and changes may not be possible.
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking details. If the package appears lost, contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Yes! If you select Custom Size while ordering a leather jacket, you’ll be prompted to enter your measurements. These details will be saved in your order, and we’ll tailor the jacket accordingly.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we have a 20-day refund policy:
- The buyer must request a return within 20 days of receiving the product.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our provided warehouse address. We will cover 100% return amount in your next order.
- Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
The actual product color may look a bit different from what you see on your screen due to lighting during photography and variations in screen settings.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Since custom-sized jackets are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
